Effective immediately, we are adding more precautionary steps to help protect our staff and the guests that come in for auto detailing.
For any Top Gear Car detailing service (by appointments only), we are charging an additional $19.95 disinfecting fee before starting the detail. Our waiting area is closed to protect all of our staff and customer’s health and safety to stop the spread of COVID-19.
To start the disinfecting stage, all highly touched surface areas of the vehicle will be disinfected. This includes door handles, steering wheel, gear shifter, seat belts, etc. All digital screens and components will be cleaned and sanitized by hand to avoid any damages.
We will then apply our ozone fogging machine with an anti-bacterial product that mists safely on to all interior surface areas, carpets and seats. This will allow the product to disinfect the entire interior of the vehicle. After letting the product sit on to the surfaces of the interior, a wipe down will begin to remove the germs. After the disinfecting stage, the process of cleaning the interior may begin with the normal detailing procedures. Cleaning the interior will remove dirt, germs, and impurities from the surfaces of the interior. Once the detail is complete the vehicle will have one final stage of sanitising the steering wheel, gear selector, door handle, and key fob before returning the key to the customer.
